The problem is rarely a lack of technology. The problem is that people started with the solution before understanding what the business actually wanted to achieve, and what stood in the way of getting there. We don't sell AI, software or digital projects for technology's sake.
The team
Armin Alaei
CTO
Armin has worked with data and machine learning since 2017. He started out building and cleaning the data foundation for more than 7,000 well paths on the Norwegian shelf, and on cloud-based image analysis tooling. In recent years he has delivered complete RAG and GenAI systems in production, with technical responsibility for everything from scoping and document indexing to deployment and access control.
He has been Discipline Lead for Data & AI at Experis Norway and led the Semantic Solutions team, on deliveries across energy, health, finance, construction and public administration. He has spoken on evaluation of RAG systems in the MLOps community and at VivaTech.
As CTO he sets Inveniq's technical direction and is accountable for what reaches production, from architecture and model selection to the evaluation standard every system is measured against.

We don't measure success in how much technology we build
Success is not how much AI a business adopts, but what the business is left with once the work is done.
It also means we sometimes recommend not building anything. A recommendation to make better use of what you already have is just as much a result as a new system.
